It is regrettable that as a teacher, your behavior with the management of the institution is not correct; you need to improve your communication habits as you are related to the profession of education and training of the future architects of the country and nation. Attempts have been made to convince you several times which did not prove beneficial and hence we are unable to hire you as a teacher.
Further to the Kanz-ul-Iman School's financial condition and management decision of downsizing, I regret to inform you that the position of Teacher at School, which is held by you has been eliminated and no more exists. Therefore your contract is terminated w.e.f 12th Feb 2024, and your services are not required onwards.
You have not come to school since February 13.
You will get your arrears on 20th February.
